• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass moderation systems.
• Tokens are virtual credits used within the platform to access services like AI interactions, image generation, and exclusive features.
• Tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or redeemed outside of the platform.
• Tokens are non-transferable and may be revoked if your account is suspended or terminated due to breach of these Terms.
• Tokens granted through subscriptions will expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over into subsequent periods.
• Tokens purchased as one-time packages do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to implement expiration windows for legacy or promotional token bundles with advance notice.
• Token usage is limited to the features explicitly enabled by the platform. The Company reserves the right to cap or throttle usage in certain scenarios, such as excessive activity, abuse, or system performance issues.
• Promotional bonuses (e.g., free tokens during signup or campaign offers) may have specific usage terms, including limited expiration windows, feature restrictions, or minimum spend conditions. These will be clearly disclosed at the time of offer.
• The pricing structure of tokens, including volume discounts, promotional bundles, or introductory offers, is subject to change at any time. Changes will be reflected on the platform.
• In the event of disputes regarding token balances or usage, the Company's internal logs and transaction history will be considered final.
• Subscriptions provide access to premium content, token packages, and enhanced features.
• Payment must be made via supported methods, including but not limited to: credit and debit cards.
• All subscriptions are billed in advance and set to auto-renew by default unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription billing cycles are monthly, bi-annually, or annually, depending on the plan selected at purchase. The duration and amount of the subscription will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
• In the event of a failed payment attempt, the platform will retry the transaction. If the payment cannot be processed, your access to premium features and token distributions may be paused until the payment issue is resolved.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Tokens associated with subscriptions expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over to the next period.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
• By purchasing a subscription, you expressly agree to recurring billing unless you opt out before the next renewal date via your account settings.
• You have 24 hours after your payment to request a refund.
• No refunds are provided after 24 hours or if you've used more than 20 tokens.
• Refunds are denied in cases where issues arise due to user-side errors or limitations, such as unsupported browsers, poor internet connection, device incompatibility, or misconfigured settings.
• Refunds are only processed for card-based transactions.
• Token refunds must be requested within 24 hours and only if none of the purchased tokens have been used.
• There is no guarantee of refund for accidental purchases unless the issue was due to a confirmed platform error.
• Only token packages purchased via card are refundable.
• Filing a chargeback without prior contact constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and loss of all associated tokens and subscription access.
• Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent bans and further legal action.
• You retain ownership of your original input (e.g., prompts, uploaded media).
• All AI-generated content remains the intellectual property of the platform but is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
• By using the Services, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, review, and moderate your inputs and generated outputs.
• The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate fictional content. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may not be accurate, appropriate, or coherent.
• AI does not simulate real humans and cannot form relationships, consent, or engage in real-life activities.
• Some outputs may be unpredictable, offensive, or disturbing. These responses are generated without human intervention and are not reviewed in real time.
• The platform may apply automated moderation systems, but cannot guarantee complete prevention of inappropriate content.
• Content generated is for entertainment and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.
• You are solely responsible for interpreting and acting on AI-generated content, and you should not rely on AI responses for decision-making in sensitive or high-stakes contexts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion for behavior deemed abusive, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.
• AI interactions, prompts, and outputs may be moderated using automated tools.
• We may manually review flagged content and take appropriate action, including termination.
• Banned accounts may lose access to all purchased tokens and subscription benefits.
• The platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Stripe).
• Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
• The Company is not liable for third-party service outages or breaches.
Users may not:
• Generate or attempt to generate illegal content, including violence or content resembling minors;
• Attempt to jail-break or override safety filters or moderation controls;
• Share personally identifiable information (yours or others);
• Attempt to impersonate real individuals or celebrities;
• Exploit AI responses for deceptive, unlawful, or unethical purposes.
Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
• If you discover a bug, vulnerability, or exploit, you are required to report it immediately to help@pleasuredome.ai.
• We do not currently offer a formal bug bounty program. However, we may, at our discretion, recognize users who report high-impact security issues.
• Under no circumstances should vulnerabilities be exploited, tested repeatedly, or shared publicly without disclosure to our team.
• Users who engage in unauthorized penetration testing, exploit abuse, or who fail to report known vulnerabilities may face immediate account termination and legal consequences.
• The platform and its content are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any loss or damages including, but not limited to, data loss, emotional distress, service interruptions, or AI-generated content.
• Users assume full responsibility for their actions, input, and interpretation of AI output.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of the UAE.
